Mission-Shaped Executive Leader Survey
Serving as a denominational leader in today's world requires new skills and capacities. But what kind of capacities are needed? This Survey will guide the way forward. The Survey results are compiled into a comprehensive report - The Executive Leader Report. This Report identifies the primary factors you will need to cultivate for effective mission-shaped leadership. This survey can be used as a stand-alone tool or you can participate in a coaching process with an experienced coach who will assist you to develop a plan for cultivating the competencies you identify as priorities.
What does this survey measure? This survey measures twenty factors or capacities that are categorized into four broad areas. These areas include:
- Creating a Shared Future
- Cultivating Individual Commitment
- Building Organizational Capability
- Personal Foundation Attributes
The first three areas are built upon the foundation of the executive leader's personal attributes.
How do you take the survey? After purchasing the survey you will receive an email with detailed instructions to complete the survey. You will forward these instructions to those you are asking to provide feedback through this tool.
Who completes the survey? This is a 360 degree survey. This means that your peers and others in your denomination or system will participate in this process by completing survey questions.
How long does it take for someone to complete the survey? About 40 minutes.
What do you receive from this survey? The information from the surveys will be gathered into a report that uses color charts and graphics. The average length of the report is 50 pages. This report is confidential and will only be sent to you.
How long does it take to receive the report? After all of the assessors have provided their responses to the survey, it takes about one month to have the report sent to you.
What kind of support can I get to help me work through the report? We provide onsite consulting for a group of executive leaders and phone coaching for individuals.
