Our Team

The Allelon Team is a group of diverse men and women from across North America that work together to manage our website, develop resources and work with our partners to create quality educational events and discernment processes around what it means to be the mission-shaped people of God.


Mark & Jeanette Priddy

Mark and Jeanette Priddy Mark and his wife Jeanette are the founders of Allelon, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) operating foundation. Mark is the founder and former CEO of Richardson Labs, a manufacturer and marketer of nutrition supplements for mass merchandisers. In 1998, Mark & Jeanette along with Mark’s two brothers sold the company to Rexall Inc. Mark serves as the CEO/President of Allelon. He is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity at Regent College, British Columbia. Mark and Jeanette have six children and live in Eagle, Idaho where they both co-lead The Landing Fellowship, a holistic missional community of faith and The Landing Community Center — a neighborhood community center whose mission is to come alongside families and individuals, regardless of ethnicity, religious, or economic diversity, so as to enrich and strengthen the lives of each person in our community for the sake of others. Alan Roxburgh

Alan Roxburgh Alan serves as the Vice President for Allelon Canada. He is the Director of Educational Resources throughout North America and serves as the coordinating team leader for the Mission in Western Culture project. He has over twenty-seven years of experience in church leadership as a pastor of congregations in small towns, urban centers and the suburbs and in denominational leadership. As seminary faculty he was responsible for teaching in the areas of leadership development and domestic missiology. Alan is ordained in the Baptist Federation of Canada. He and Jane, a school principal in Vancouver, Canada, have been married for thirty-seven years and have three grown children whose occupations vary from lawyer, plumber and theologian.
He also maintains The Roxburgh Journal here on the Allelon site.


Jane Roxburgh

Jane Roxburgh Jane is Allelon’s Director of Educational Resources. She has spent 30 years in education as a teacher and principal in inner city, suburban and small town schools. She has developed and trained teams of teachers, mentored principals and administrative staff, created dynamic curriculum and resources and coached parents. Jane received her M.Ed from the University of Toronto and has been a leader and mentor in local churches working with musicians, young people and families throughout her career.


Sara Jane R. Walker

Sara Jane R. Walker Sara Jane is the Managing Editor of the website and the Project Coordinator for the Mission in Western Culture project. She holds a MCS in Theology from Regent College, Vancouver BC. Her background includes leadership development with inner-city youth, teaching, web design and financial planning. She has 3 children and lives with her husband Matthew in North Vancouver, BC.


Brent Toderash

Brent Toderash Brent works behind the scenes to manage the technical aspects of the Allelon’s web presence. He received his bachelor’s degree from Providence College before beginning a career in business, first in the insurance industry and then in information technology. As an entrepreneur, he was part-owner of an innovative ISP and consulting firm, directing strategy and managing both technical and creative projects. As a lay-leader in churches for almost 20 years, he spent time leading cell groups as well as teaching and preaching. He was part of a church-planting congregational leadership team for several years before becoming part of a small missional community in 2004. Since that time, he has quietly been engaged in the emerging-missional church conversation. He is a freelance writer and consultant and lives in Winnipeg, Canada with his wife Luanne and two daughters.


Scott Boren

Scott Boren Scott helps manage Web Resource Development for Allelon. Scott and his wife relocated from Houston to St Paul, MN where Scott is the Community Pastor at Woodland Hills Church. With over ten years of experience in product development and publishing resources for church leaders, he takes great joy in the process of developing practical resources that pastors and leaders can actually use beyond beefing up their impressive libraries. In his spare time, he enjoys reading books from his library, hanging out at coffee houses, playing with his pre-school son and sharing life with his wife, Shawna.


Kyle Small

Kyle Staff Kyle serves as the Missional Schools Project Assistant for the Missional Schools Project. He has an MDiv from North Park Seminary and is currently pursuing a PhD in congregational mission and leadership at Luther Seminary. He is an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Covenant Church, and he has experience in church leadership and consulting in congregations across the upper Midwest. His research interests revolve around the organizational identity of theological schools and their theological capacities for leadership formation. He and Lindsay, also an ordained pastor, live in Chanhassen, Minnesota, and with the birth of a son, they are celebrating their new titles — Micah’s parents.


Jannie Swart

Jannie Swart Jannie serves as the research coordinator for the International Network on Mission in Western Culture. This project brings together an international coalition of leaders to imagine the practical ways of carrying forward Lesslie Newbigin’s question of a missional engagement with Western culture.He currently lives in Johannesburg, South Africa and is married to Marí (14 years), with 2 children:  Suné (10 years old) and Janco (8 years old)


Kris Christensen

Kris Christianson Kris serves as executive assistant to Mark Priddy. Before coming to Allelon, Kris worked for 4 years as executive assistant to Mark at Richardson Labs (she is a glutton for punishment) She and her husband, Mike, live in Meridian, Id., with their two children.


Rickard Bjerkander

Rickard Bjerkander Rickard serves as one of the research team members. In addition he serves as the Teen Coordinator for The Landing Community Center where he helps develop local initiatives for community building among teens in Eagle. He and his wife, Lori, live in Star, Id. with their 3 children and co-lead The Landing Fellowship, a holistic missional community of faith.


Rodney (Pepper) Reese

Pepper Reese Pepper serves as the Vice President of Finance and Operations for Allelon. He has a BBA from Idaho State University and an MBA for the University of Utah. Prior to joining Allelon, Pepper has been employed by various companies both in the non-profit sector and business environment. Pepper was the Executive Vice President of Albertsons College of Idaho in Caldwell Idaho for over 8 years responsible for their business and accounting responsibilities.


Malcolm Hawker

Malcolm Hawker Malcolm serves on the coordinating team for website development and Designer for Allelon. He and his wife, Linda, lead a small community and live in Sydney, Australia, with their three children.
