Mission-Shaped Church Survey

The survey provides a snapshot of the congregation relative to its readiness for mission and change. Even more, it provides the basis for analyzing where it must initiate change to move from its current state so that it can move into missional transformation.
How do you take the survey?
After completing your purchase you will be asked to identify a point person who will serve as the survey coordinator. We will work directly with this person to provide the specific instructions.

About 35 - 40 minutes.
What do you receive from this survey?
The information from the surveys will be gathered into a report that uses color charts and graphics. The average length of the report is 50 pages.
How long does it take to receive the report?
After all of the assessors have provided their responses to the survey, it takes about one month to sent the report to you.
